Position: TIBCO BW Production Support

Location: San Francisco, CA ( currently remote but need to report to client office post COVID)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Description:

TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO Business works 5.x, Tibco EMS, TIBCO Administrator 5.x, TIBCO Hawk

6-8 yrs. of TIBCO BW Integration Support & Enhancement experience using TIBCO BW, EMS, Adapters.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting integrations using TIBCO BW 5.x

Must have experience in understanding SQL queries, SQL procedures.

Good to have MDM support & enhancement experience for MDM 9.1.2 version (On Premise version) and support activities.

Must have experience working in production support environment.

Must have ITIL based experience and be able to handle incidents, Problem requests and IT requests and provide support and work for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

Candidate should be flexible for off-hour & weekend work
