Role : CRM Solution Architect Location : SFO, CA Duration : Contract D365 Configuration, Customisation, Workflows, Portal, Power Apps Job Description:

  • Experienced Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
  • Proven development and technical expertise in implementing D365 solution
  • Expert in integration and data migration to Dynamics CRM (online) since this is a critical part of the project
  • Experience in working on large programs across service lines
  • Experience with Sales and Service management functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
  • Work with client SME's and take design decisions, review design, guide stakeholders to right design approach, scalable solution design
  • Work with team to communicate technical roadmap for program
  • Define best practices in project SDLC
  • Ensure close communication between the onsite and offshore technical team members and ensure the quality of code is consistent and as per guardrails for the entire project
  • Good communication and team skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
