Senior Designer / Senior Art Director for our client in San Francisco, CA for a 6 months contract to hire.

What You’ll do (Roles & responsibilities, written in an aspirational way. Not too lengthy)You will translate technical concepts into visual expressions for our Brand to deliver video, digital campaigns and PPT presentations. You’re passionate about type and color and have a desire to deliver strong award winning campaigns and branding for digital, print, and environmental design. You’ll collaborate with writers on storytelling and have ownership of Brand lead execution for our campaigns, videos and presentations. A love for all things Branding is second nature to you and you love to help inspire those around you to do great work. We are looking for a team player who has a strong point of view and can drive the culture of great design forward, while also bringing cross-functional teams along on the ride.

Who You'll Work With (The group they will work IN and SUPPORT. Be creative and fun!)You will be working directly with an inspired team of designers, video producers and project managers that foster an energetic and fun work environment. As a team, we partner with the Marketing and Strategic Sales Enablement teams, as well as other cross-functional teams to help tell our brand story via social and digital platforms, events and video. You will often be partnering closely with our Executive leadership team and should feel comfortable listening to their feedback, and sharing your perspective.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Required per OFCCP compliance) Bachelor’s degree in design or related field 5-8 years in-house or agency experience Ability to translate technical insights into award winning video, campaigns and branding. Ability to follow creative direction of senior creative staff while partnering with key internal stakeholders Create impactful Digital Presentations in both long and short-form that captures attention and tells a clear story. Collaborate with agencies and freelance talent to execute and scale designs Able to translate a large branding idea to multiple touch points in all channels Excellent verbal and written communication Expert knowledge of Adobe Cloud Creative Suite. (Illustrator, Photoshop) Expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint 2D motion graphic design and animation for video skills a huge plus.
