For over 15 years, our company has been providing networking, infrastructure, and other technology solutions to commercial properties across the United States. Our comprehensive services have made us the premier choice for building owners and property managers to maintain building system infrastructure. We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Network Tech or Network Auditor to travel to customers' sites, assess their networks, and assist with network topology, planning and design.

This role requires around 50% travel throughout the United States, strong Project Management skills and ability to be customer-facing.

What You Will Be Doing

1) Traveling to customer sites to audit their networks, produce diagrams/topology, and create documentation 2) Assist with network design & system development to optimize customer networks and systems.

2) Network mapping and optimization

3) Network schematics - including architecture, topologies, and protocols

4) Project Management - multiple assessments/audits, interfacing with customers & creating documentation & network redesign

5) 50% travel

What You Need for this Position

Associates or Bachelor's Degree +

- Strong customer-facing experience & written & verbal communication skills

- Project Management experience

- Understanding of networking & network security

- Experience with OSI layers

- TCP/IP

- Security protocols

- VLAN & VPN

- WiFi

- Network design and planning

- Network topology

- Documentation experience
