- Maintain and support hardware and software used by distributed call center agents and other employees.
- Oversee budget and planning projects to upgrade, maintain, and install hardware systems.
- Work to ensure that proper disaster recovery standards are in place and regularly tested.
- Act in a leadership role to mentor direct reports and work closely with other department leaders with strategic initiatives.
- Take part in an IT infrastructure on-call rotation, which includes supporting occasional after-hours maintenances and other job functions that could potentially adversely impact business functions if performed during business hours.
- 5+ years’ Corporate IT work experience required.
- 2+ years’ Team Management experience required.
- Experience with AWS, preferred.
- Understanding of how to support a distributed group of user’s hardware and software needs.
- Experience supporting call center employees a plus.
- Advanced understanding of Information Technology Management principles and planning.
- Experience in Project Management and budgeting a plus.
