HiWe are looking for strong M&A Project Manager for our role with our client in SFO. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further. This position will be responsible for developing comprehensive presentations, budget requirements, as well as a variety of other technical and project leadership tasks to facilitate the integration of M&A targets. This position will influence and provide direction to cross-divisional and cross-functional teams through all phases of due diligence and formation of post-acquisition integration and operational tasks.
Bachelor's Degree 8 or more years total experience in M&A integration, Corporate Development, Consulting or similar Project Management roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills A track record of complex problem solving, attention to detail and ability to deliver Strong interpersonal skills which allow you to build trust with internal/external stakeholders, and adeptly manage the cross-functional coordination (product, local operations, engineering, finance, legal) required to integrate deals Adaptability to change within a fast paced corporate environment## Preferred Qualifications MBA degree Experience at mobility, food delivery or technology companies Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of a senior integration leader.
