The Sam's Club MAP Senior Business Systems Manager will have the opportunity to be part of a small agile team that will be MAP's interface to the Sam's Club Tech teams. You will own defining MAP's overall business needs and recommendations from an E2E systems and tools perspective. You need to drive strong collaboration with your peers on the MAP business side as well as your Tech partners.

The ideal candidate has experience and enjoys working closely with digital media Sales and operations teams and understands their specific needs from a business systems perspective. You will partner closely with a wide cross section of internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. This individual will bring industry best practices, experience, and process methodologies to support all MAP's systems and internal workflow needs. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. As a Senior Business Systems Manager, you will make an impact through the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities: • Partner with Sam's Product, Engineering teams, and vendors (CRM, Order Management (OMS), Contract Management Systems, and Content Management Systems) to clarify and define solutions to meet MAP's business needs.• Own fit-gap analysis between existing systems (CRM, OMS, etc.) and MAP business requirements.• Assess the needs of business stakeholders by conducting in-depth discovery. Develop business requirements, outcomes and success criteria.• Define the product roadmap and long-term business vision for systems and tools. Partner with product and technical teams to prioritize and implement that roadmap to support the business.• Oversee the implementation and management of business platforms/systems that serve the broad needs of the organization and streamline access to key business metrics for use throughout the organization• Create comprehensive solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows to meet the Tech teams needs on prioritized initiatives on roadmap.• Co-develop project scope and timelines with Sam's Tech teams.• Articulate to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach in a simple and clear manner that can be easily understood by varied audiences - technical and non-technical.• Develop and maintain detailed UAT process and protocol for rollout of any new systems, enhancements, tools to MAP end users.• Extract platform capabilities from various providers to inform MAP leadership on future system innovations to solve future business problems.• Develop training curriculum to deliver training sessions to the end users as needed.

Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or 8 years of equivalent practical application work experience• Experience Integrating software solutions into CRM tools. Everything from booking revenue to revenue recognition.• Ability to succinctly develop business process definition, best practices, and re-engineering of workflows to maximize user experience and efficiency.• Experience in data migrations from third party systems to CRM, OMS, and billing systems• Expert in Salesforce and working knowledge of online order management systems (such as PIO, Operative, etc.)• Experience with Agile methodology and delivery• Strong ability to translate technical speak to business stakeholders• Practical application experience in the following areas: CRM systems (Salesforce) Go-to-market systems: order management, CPQ, etc., APIs and integration tools• Experience leading and developing teams• Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment• Demonstrate company values and beliefs• Willingness to learn and positive attitude• Understand the digital advertising industry, MAP products and business processes

The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00-$192,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
