SAP PLM Consultant

Job Title: SAP PLM Consultant Location : CA -Remote Summary Our client is seeking a SAP PLM Consultant with experience leading business initiatives. We are seeking a SAP PLM Consultant who is a self-starter that can identify, analyze, and solve technical issues quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate well with team members. Provide expertise in support of the team's mission: "To provide uninterrupted and reliable access to the PLM system." Administer and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The PLM Business System Analyst will be a front-line support for the PLM system. competitors DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) PLM Act as a point of contact for PLM system and process questions; effectively and efficiently resolving issues to improve user experience and business processes Troubleshoot system errors, diagnose root cause and determine and act on error resolution Identify system knowledge gaps with users, recommend and perform training, create user training manuals Create and maintain business process documentation Create and maintain test scripts for PLM regression, functional and implementation user acceptance testing Create user accounts and provide system authorization and security administration for PLM Partner with PLM software provider to support server and database maintenance Analyze the current business process, identify, develop and implement techniques to improve productivity, efficiencies, mitigate risks and resolve issues. Create and maintain custom and system wide views 2) MASTER DATA Partner with Project Managers and Product Marketing to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data Support and manage approach for measuring adoption policies and standard operational processes associated with reference to master data related strategies and SAP related projects.
