RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Marketing Manager in San Francisco, CA.

The Senior Marketing Manager will identify key customer insights and data needed to construct effective strategies, and assess and develop strategies to address key business problems in the customer lifecycle (e.g., design multi-channel campaigns to drive customers to the Aha moment, increase their engagement with a product, and overall improve their short-term and long-term retention, etc.). The Senior Marketing Manager will also identify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators, and plan and manage end to end process of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, sms, and in-product discovery.

Additional duties of the Senior Marketing Manager include: Critically evaluate and size impact of addressing business problems Critically size impact of various strategies to address specific problems Work with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver an awesome customer experience Identify key customer insights and data needed to construct effective strategies Plan, execute and measure campaigns Build program test plans Perform and analyze A/B split testing along with analyst

REQUIREMENTS: 6+ years of experience in b2c or b2b email and/or mobile marketing Experience setting up, executing and measuring life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS products Marketing automation experience (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot) required Exceptional executional and project management skills Understanding of email creative best practices Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations) Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong prioritization and time management skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects & priorities Solutions oriented mind-set Ability to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaigns Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
