Job Description:

This Business Analyst Role will be working with the Digital Transformation product team. The Digital Transformation team is focused on transforming and digitizing the customer onboarding , periodic review, portfolio management and loan servicing experiences for our Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking customers.

We are currently looking for a business analyst to support work on our customer onboarding experience. This individual will support the product team in areas that may include defining business requirements, documenting epics/user stories, grooming stories with customer experience design, development and QA teams, documenting user interaction flows, analyzing data requirements, supporting the creation and execution of UAT test scripts, and participating in scrum ceremonies.

This role is posted as a Digital Consultant 5 and these are the standard job requirements for that role: 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting.

Required experience/qualifications:

At least 5 years of business analyst, product owner or product management work experience

Agile and waterfall development methodologies

Requirements writing (BRD and user stories)

Customer facing user interfaces

Defining and document flows (user interaction, business process, high level system/data flows)

Data analysis

User acceptance testing

strong, clear and concise communication (verbal and written)

Self-starter, very organized, detail oriented and independent worker

Desires qualifications:

Financial services (strongly preferred)

Financial crimes
