Our Client is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join their team. The person is responsible for leading a number of change initiatives across the organization, including a number of upgrades and new implementations of Financial Technology
influence senior leadership to implement strategic and programmatic controls across a broad portfolio of work to enhance controllership.
Manage important complex, transformation projects with regard to scope, schedule, resources and budget. Offer program management services (project analysis, execution, delivery) for financial business applications around business controllership, compliance, statutory audit support, and organization-wide controllership initiatives.
Modernize the finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes
8+ years of program or project management experience

The ability set direction and approach, resolve conflict, communicate tough messages with grace
Experience managing application projects on SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud, or Workday
Experience leading integrated teams from multiple organizations across multiple sites
Promote creative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change
Competent in project management, governance formulation, and team management
Working knowledge of risk management, standards, and policy formulation
