Location: San Francisco, CA 94111, (Remote to start)

Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Job Description

An Analyst on the US Fixed Income Trade Settlements team is responsible for the confirmation, communication, and settlement of US Fixed Income trades. This individual works closely with Traders, Brokers, and Custodians to ensure trades are recorded accurately, matched against the counterparty's details, and recorded and settled on time by the custodian banks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Receipt of counterparty trade confirmations and matching of those confirmations against trade details
Management of mismatched and missing confirmations
Communication of trade activity to custodians, fund administrators, and other interested parties
Management of failed trades
Other duties as assigned and required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience interacting with internal and external business team, including management, brokers and custodians
Experience working in fixed income environment, including but not limited to investment operations and controls
Bachelor's Degree
