- Lead Business Architect with 7+ years’ experience, Experience in Life Sciences Industry will be a plus.
- Experience with Pegasystems software, frameworks, and functional design
- Design and configure rules and flows
- Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to use cases
- To ensure that the documented use cases adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
- Own the requirements and provide requirements walkthrough to the technical team and provide timely clarifications
- Ensure Product Owner sign-off(s)
- Validating development work, validating test scenarios.
- UAT support and coordination
- Should have experience /willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model.
