Support Specialist

Location: Bay Area , CA (Onsite)

Full time / Direct hire Job Descrtion Client is building The Internet Computer — a new technology stack that reinvents the internet as a computer that hosts secure software and open internet services. Developers will use the Internet Computer, powered by a network of independent data centers, to create websites, enterprise IT systems, and open versions of today's most popular internet services. We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team to be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, performing technical onboarding of new employees, helping build our technical internal documentation and onboarding- and support-processes.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user technical support inquiries and provide efficient and excellent customer service
  • Setting up and providing work equipment to employees
  • Perform onboarding and training of new employees
  • Research, reviews, and collects available technical information as a basis for documentation
  • Work with stakeholders to document current business processes and implement improvements
  • Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to reflect changes in product or process
  • Writes and maintains end-user documentation and instructional content
  • Create technical content using diverse methods including in person, documentation and videos for end user consumption

Background and Skills
  • Excellent demonstrative communication skills over numerous mediums
  • Ability to dissect complex technical procedures to easy digestible steps
  • 5 years of experience supporting enterprise environments with general networking,
  • hardware and software, and SAAS applications questions
  • Demonstrable expertise in device management and configuration
  • Expertise in user account management
Experience with G Suite, Okta, JAMF (or similar MDM), Intune, macOS & Windows
  • support/management
