- Minimum 5 years' experience in a matrixed environment
- Financial services experience preferred
- 3+ years digital implementation experience, with capabilities such as Data Management Platforms (DMP), Decision Engines, CRV, or Journey Orchestration (brand experience with systems from Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics, Tealium, Oracle encouraged)
- Experience implementing and managing transformational/new marketing deployments
- Familiarity across multiple marketing capabilities such as, data management platforms, test & learn, tagging, web analytics, customer data platforms, orchestration layers, decision engines, content-as-a-service, and offer/content libraries
- Highly analytical; interpreting business and technical needs to optimize platform performance
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects across a fast-paced matrixed environment; experience working in Agile and with large project management teams
- Experience managing collection of complex data and technical requirements across multiple, integrated capabilities to deliver real-time responsiveness and end to end performance metrics
- Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage horizontally and the ability to manage complex projects across a matrixed environment
- Extensive partner relationship management skills including very strong consultative skills with a drive for results
