Who you are:

DES’s Product Marketing team is looking for an impact-motivated Product Marketing Manager to help grow enterprise adoption of the Twitter Developer Platform and Twitter API across multiple segments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced enterprise product marketing manager with a strong background in bringing technical products to market for large, enterprise buyers. The successful candidate is a product marketer who knows their audience(s) inside and out, and is able to synthesize market trends in the data and social platform space to drive growth and adoption. You will work cross-functionally with many teams within Twitter, including product management, developer relations, sales, and marketing.

This position will be responsible for developing product messaging to grow adoption of our core enterprise products and pursue new markets. Foundational work will include analysis to identify needs in strategic new markets as well as ongoing messaging and asset development. At the go-to-market phase, you will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of our products through collateral while also the leading cross-functional go-to-market process which includes planning, goal setting, and execution.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the customer lifecycle.

  • Define and understand target customer segments.

  • Translate product functionality and benefits into compelling marketing messages for existing customers and new markets.

  • Develop and execute creative go-to-market strategies.

  • Develop customer-facing materials that clearly help our audiences succeed with our products. Deliver marketing content for all funnel stages.

  • Develop feedback loops to bring customer feedback to the product teams to influence roadmaps.

  • Track, measure and report against objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS.

  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.

  • Experience building and delivering of field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and partner activity.

  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

  • Team player with ability to collaborate, and also work independently.

  • Ability to run quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Bonus: Experience working with developers and developer products and experience pursuing new markets.
