Lead-Technician - Full-Time

We are looking for a qualified Lead-Technician

The position is located in Escondido, CA

We are a full-service auto repair facility built around a completely digital process. Our technicians are equipped with tablet-based work-orders and digital inspection sheets which include chatting and alerting the Service Advisor via digital communications. Imagine having all the repair information including vehicle history in the palm of your hands, and never having to stand in line to talk to a Service Advisor ever again. Our SmartFlow tablets provide you with detailed vehicle history, TSB's, Recalls, OEM maintenance intervals, all without having to walk to a computer and fill out the vehicle profile.

We are hiring a technician who loves technology and has the ability to learn. This is a position that can grow into a management position. Cars are not getting any simpler, so we are looking for someone who embraces change and the technology that makes our life great. We would like to add someone looking to grow their repair and automotive knowledge and have the ability to work with a great team. Hybrids are our specialty so come learn with the best!

We have employment requirements.

Automotive Education - College or Other

ASE Technician certifications.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Drug-Free.

Must have tools.

Must meet US government requirements for employment eligibility.

Must have flexible work availability.
