HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Rep

We originally started in San Diego California as a one-man business offering heating and air comfort for homes. Due to quality work and efficient service, we have been able to expand our services to the greater Southern California area. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an essential part of our team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with

potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You will listen and

evaluate customer's concerns and provide them with system options as well as preventative maintenance that accurately fits their lifestyle needs. You will follow our proven sales process and tools. You will use your basic math skills to make comparisons to sales goals and figure sales percentages. Your HVAC knowledge and friendly attitude will ensure your success at Tarpy Plumbing Heating and Air.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Strong customer service experience

Knowledge of the HVAC Industry

Team player attitude

Self-starter

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
