Solar and Construction Co. Seeking Appointment Setter

We are a Solar and Construction company based in Vista, CA who has a C-46 Solar License and a General B Construction License seeking a badass appointment setter willing to put in hard work to achieve unlimited wealth and success. At ECE, we are dedicated to accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy through solar, going green and helping local families remodeling their current living quarters into their dream home!

We are looking for 2-3 phone reps to cold call our personal database of leads to set appointments for our outside sales reps. Monday-Friday 4-8 hours/day. (4-8pm or 12-8pm)

Starting pay (first 30 days) is $13/hr plus $25 per qualified set appointment and $100 per closed deal. After 30 days, $13/hr plus $50 per qualified set appointment and $150 per closed deal. We provide the training and all necessary tech (computer, dialer, phone, etc).

You would be working from a home office in Vista. Must have your own transportation.

ECE is a majority woman employee-owned company, meaning percentage ownership for you, with an additional vested percentage over time.
