The Loan Coordinator position is a vital role within our company. Our Loan Coordinators are responsible for making a connection by telephone with new incoming leads and our existing database, transferring them over to a licensed Loan Officer. No experience is necessary, and no license is required to apply! If you enjoy sales, spending time on the phone and are looking for a foot-in-the-door at a nationally-ranked mortgage company, then this could be the career for you!

We will train the right candidate and provide you with the skills, the resources and the opportunity to be a part of a great team. Many of our Loan Coordinators advance to the Loan Officer position after 6 months to further build their career and increase their income. We love bringing people into the industry and shaping their careers!

Skills and Requirements:

College Degree not required but preferred

Great communication skills over the phone and in email

Attention to detail

Ability to hit daily sales goals in relation to minimum dial and live transfer requirements

Having a positive attitude, being a team player, proactive, always does the right thing and are passionate about everything you do (the core values we live by!)

Compensation:

$15 per hour

Monthly performance-based bonuses (up to $1,500 per month for top performers)

50% medical and dental coverage after 30 days of unemployment

401k match of 3% after 90 days of unemployment

PTO after 90 days of unemployment
