Vehicle Purchase Coordinator: English to Vietnamese

Amadeus Capital Investments, a luxury vehicle broker based in Pacific Beach is hiring a part-time Vietnamese speaking Purchase Coordinator. The Purchase Coordinator's role is to assist our clients throughout the acquisition and purchase of their desired vehicles by ensuring clear communication at all times. The work will include phone calls, emails, and any other correspondence as needed and as directed by staff to successfully complete each purchase.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SERVING CLIENTS

Establish trust through building relationships with clients.

Coordinate vehicle specifications desired by client with staff and assist in obtaining approval of potential targets.

Provide management with details of any potential issues that may arise throughout the process and refer questions to appropriate staff.

Create opportunities for new business through networking and client referrals.

Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve conflicts, then work to find appropriate solutions.

PROFESSIONALISM

Develop links with dealerships, service providers, and other potential customers to cultivate ongoing business.

Maintain daily activity logs and all documentation required for each purchase and coordinate with staff to ensure they are filed properly.

Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.

Participate in regular Company Meetings to report on progress and contribute to business growth.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, required.

Ability to write clear and concise emails in Vietnamese and English along with reports, account notes, and other business correspondence.
