HIRING MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO MAKE MONEY!

We are looking for sales associates for our fast paced Retail Flooring Design Center. If you are looking to make $80-$150k per year this is the place to be (Commission based)

-Applicants MUST HAVE experience within all flooring types (carpet, tile, wood, counter tops, cabinets)

-Familiarity with floor plans/diagrams, calculating the square footage is needed to generate quotes for clients.

-Experience within the flooring/interior design industry is MANDATORY!

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, detail orientated, with good work ethic, great people skills, and excellent communication/presentation skills. We provide healthcare, 401k, Profit sharing and monthly incentives.

About the job:

Greet and work with clients while providing flooring/design advice

Close sales to reach monthly sales goals

Follow up with customers

Establish and maintain customer relationships

Maintain showroom displays, and visual merchandising of samples

Must be able to close sales

Qualifications:

MINIMUM 1 YEAR FLOORING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ability to develop effective customer relationships

Self-driven to meet sales goals

Experience in a design-related sales position is preferred

Eager and willing to add to knowledge base of flooring and flooring materials

Highly organized and detail oriented with a good work ethic

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

BONUSES MONTHLY ON TOP OF COMMISSIONS :)
