Inside call center agent

We are looking for enthusiastic, engaging and coachable applicants who are looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a rapidly growing industry! We are looking for 2-3 motivated individuals to work from home our focused team of solar professionals and consultants to help supplement their work by managing accounts, for new clients, and progressing new projects.

1UpSolar only promotes from within the company, and candidates can opt on to a Manager Development Track, in which they can earn further responsibility and promotion and potentially become a sales manager on our team.

The position is full commission with weekly bonuses, team events, and transparent metrics.

Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining Positive Energy

- Efficiently Categorizing Client Calls

- Managing Existing Account Progress

- Contacting Provided Lead Sources

- Keeping Data Up To Date and Maintained

Education and work experience required:

- High School Degree or Equivalent

- Prior Sales Experience Preferred but Not Necessary
