What you'll be doing: The Security Operations group is a multi-functional organization that includes our CSIRT, Trust & Safety, and Threat Intelligence. While no two days will end up looking the same, generally-speaking you'll be responsible for the following things: - Review account recoveries daily to determine whether they are legitimate. - Review phishing reports and report violations. - Review social media comments and report violations. - Provide support to ad-hoc operational needs to keep our users safe from spam, fraud, and abuseRequirements Communicates clearly verbally and via email Ability to quickly absorb training on tool functionality Strong interest in quality and user experience Team player and independentEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
