Description

Ops work includes keeping up with account recoveries, phishing reports, requests to block addresses, as well as an increase in ad-hoc asks that the team must respond to around account takeovers. Security Operations Team Security is a primary competency at Coinbase, and the Security Operations Team keeps a watchful eye over every aspect of it. What you'll be doing: The Security Operations group is a multi-functional organization that includes our CSIRT, Trust & Safety, and Threat Intelligence. While no two days will end up looking the same, generally-speaking you'll be responsible for the following things: - Review account recoveries daily to determine whether they are legitimate. - Review phishing reports and report violations. - Review social media comments and report violations. - Provide support to ad-hoc operational needs to keep our users safe from spam, fraud, and abuse
