Are you passionate about small business, clean beauty and fashion? We are in search of an experienced retail sales associate to join our team of passionate customer service gurus! We are growing and would like someone that has a background in fashion retail looking to grow in a small business environment. We believe customer service is #1 so you must be passionate about people, connection and retail.

Reports to Store Management

Job Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES

Utilizes our T-H-R-E-A-D sales program to supersede all sales goals.

Monitors fitting room and creates a comfortable environment for their customers.

Executes the 4 Step Clean Beauty program.

Goes through product benefits with customers and serves as an expert in customer service.

Promotes all upcoming sales and promotions.

Communicating with loyal customers on new shipments, sales and promotions.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Stays up-to-date on product knowledge by testing products, trying on merchandise and reading product spec materials.

ADMINISTRATION / INVENTORY

Give feedback on top-selling products or any issues with products.

MERCHANDISING / HOUSEKEEPING

Assisting with merchandising and assuring floor always looks clean, filled in and within color stories.

In charge of the cleanliness of the store and completing all tasks.

Keeping all goods folded and in neat matter.

Restocks merchandise and properly stores clean beauty products.

Working on merchandising projects as needed and directed by management team.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Working with Management Team on social media initiatives.
