Our rapidly growing Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company is looking for a Full Time Install Coordinator Admin. This is a multi-faceted position. Some experience with Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is a plus but ultimately we are looking for someone with top notch customer service and office administration skills to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation scheduling and coordination

Permit coordination

Installation equipment coordination

DAILY DUTIES

Schedule installations/crews

Answer phones

Provide quality customer service

Make daily confirmation calls

Assist installers w/ scheduling, customers, and job information

Create and manage Installers and helpers’ schedules on digital platform

Assist installers w/ scheduling, customers, and job information

Work with Equipment Manager to order equipment and materials

Obtain installation permits

Coordinate Client Financing

Installation job prep

Daily job meeting

Work with Equipment Manager to order equipment and materials

Make outbound calls

Book appointments

Create outbound emails
