Office Admin for Maintenance Operations

A family owned property management company is looking for a dynamic and energetic office admin who has experience in property management. This important position will be responsible for coordinating our maintenance operations on a day to day basis. You’ll work with tenants, homeowners, property managers and our many vendors.

Position Requirements:

● MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

● Strong customer service skills a must

● Good writing skills for email and work orders

● Ability to complete tasks with little or no direction

● Personal organization skills for multitasking

● Computer skills including a high level of typing proficiency

● Provide daily and weekly updates to management

● Answer phones and respond to voicemail messages

● Correspond with customers via email

● Maintain open work order database and track jobs to completion

● Use Google Calendar to maintain a central Maintenance Calendar

● Conduct site visits and inspect jobs

● Schedule new work orders with handymen or outside vendors

● Follow up on completed repairs for client satisfaction

● Process invoices from handymen and vendors for completed repairs

Compensation

● Hourly Rate: $20/hour

● Healthcare Insurance Available

● Available 40hrs/wk possibly more

● Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm – Some Saturday work

● Paid after hours emergency on-call

● Work from office in Pacific Beach

● Must have reliable transportation

● Personal computer and internet access required
