IT Inventory Control Specialist

Volt is currently looking for an IT Inventory Control Specialist position in the San Diego Area!This position is responsible for the accurate accounting of IT inventory including receiving, processing, recording and distributing approved IT equipment, supplies and materialsAbility to perform a variety of duties including data entry and maintenance of files and records.Will be required to evaluate computer equipment for functionality, format/wipe drives, add memoryBe familiar with current operating systems.Maintain and update IT asset record records. Counting materials, IT equipment, merchandise, and IT supplies in stock.Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.Developing and improving upon current inventory management procedures.Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GEDVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
