Paralegal (Estate Planning)

SELTZER CAPLAN McMAHON VITEK is seeking a paralegal with 8-10 years minimum experience in probate and trust administrations for high net worth and complex estates and trusts. Familiarity with post-death reporting and transactions involving real properties and business interests, together with experience preparing federal gift and estate tax returns and preparing trust accountings is required.
