General Maintenance Technician

ProTec Building Services is looking for reliable, hardworking General Maintenance Technician to join our team. Must be dependable, self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated. Face paced environment with continuous full-time work.

Requirements:

Must have a Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and own basic tool required

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in construction, building maintenance and/or residential that includes work in at least 2 of the following trades:

Carpentry/Finished Carpentry

Cabinetry

Electrical Repair

Plumbing Repair

Roofing

Flooring

Deck Coatings

Stucco/Stucco Repair

Masonry/Brick

Concrete

Dry walling

Painting

Welding
