We're looking for Roofers of all levels (entry-level or experienced) to start immediately - Laborers and Construction-oriented individuals - who will perform roofing-related services for solar projects in Southern California, with a majority of the work in San Diego County.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Perform a variety of Residential roofing-related services to current and new customers

Provide installation help and work as a team

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement (re-roof) of roofs

Show understanding of roof systems, materials, equipment, tool, and construction process

Provide status updates to the office

Prepare for the week's projects and note schedule changes

Ensure safety standards are followed and met

TO BE SUCCESSFUL - EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Dedicated and eager to learn the Residential Roofing trade

Comfortable with heights and 1-2story building

Familiar with hand tools and power tools

Provide outstanding customer service and be a team player

Must have valid CA DL with reliable transportation

Upon contingent offer of employment, we will run a background check and drug test

Exude key competencies, such as time management abilities, problem-solving, and work ethics

Salary range: Based on experience (15-28/hr)

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (single & family). Hourly, weekly pay.
