Job Posting: Part-Time maintenance person

We are seeking an experienced part-time maintenance person to join our team. If you are dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you!

Position: Part-Time maintenance person

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Rancho Bernardo/Poway Area

Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks

Ensure the community center is clean and well-maintained, Outdoor work

Handle minor repairs and report any maintenance issues

Maintain supplies and equipment

Compensation:

$19 per hour

Qualifications:

Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills
