Apartment Maintenance Technician

Seeking a Maintenance Technician for an Apartment Community.

Requirements:

1. Must have your own tools and drill.

2. Must have reliable transportation.

3. Must have previous Maintenance experience working at an Apartment Community.

4. Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.

Job Description: Apartment maintenance such as but not limited to: move in make ready turns, appliance diagnosis and repair, drywall/painting, fixture repairs, light and door installations, property clean up/trash services, etc.

Locations: We have properties in North County, East County, and San Diego/South. Location TBD depending on what area of town you live in.

Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00
