Part Time Grounds Keeper/Porter

We are looking for a Part Time Grounds Keeper/Porter who is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the property grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role includes various tasks such as landscaping, cleaning, and minor maintenance duties. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Maintain landscape by mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns, in addition to trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs

Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots and recreational areas.

Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms and recreation facilities.

Ensure the trash receptacles are emptied regularly and cleaned.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment.

Additional duties, tasks and responsibilities as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in landscaping preferred

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
