Stand By Caregiver- Coast Care Partners

Must be an experienced, registered Caregiver (State of California) and must have reliable transportation. You will be paid a minimum of 4 hours and will be reimbursed for mileage. At $19 per hour this is a great role Must be willing to travel anywhere in San Diego County.

Stand-by for CCP is an integral part towards our success with our clients. We are counting on you

to fill a shift for a Caregiver that may have called in sick or a new client being discharged from the hospital.

Details of being on Stand-by:

Shifts are available daily from 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am. These hours of stand-by do not guarantee that you will be called, nor do they guarantee you will be called in for a 12 hour shift. Please remember we have a range of shift hours that will fall into these categories of time, you are signing up to be available for the full range of time. However, if you are called in you will be paid a four hour minimum.

When signing up for stand by you are agreeing to cover any type of shift regardless of skill requirements of the client. This can include clients who have pets, smoke or require a skill that you have not yet encountered.

You must have your phone on and be ready for work at 7am OR 7pm, depending which shift you sign up for. Please keep your phone on you at all times during the duration that you have signed up for. Note: If you sign up for a night shift, it is possible that you will get a call at 1am needing emergency coverage for a shift.
