Carlsbad By The Sea is a continuing care resort-style retirement community on the coast in beautiful Carlsbad.

We currently have openings for part time servers for all shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Server is responsible for positive guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner.

Join our team where you will:

Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.

Prepare tables, lay out napkins, utensils and other preparation tasks.

Direct guests to tables, present menus, communicate specific guest needs to the cooks.

Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.

Follows highest standards of cleanliness.

Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Required:

Must be able to work in a team, multi-task and the ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screen and Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
