CAFÉ TEAM MEMBERS - CON PANE

The Cohn Restaurant Group is reopening Con Pane Rustic Breads & Café, a fast casual, from scratch bakery located in Liberty Station that specializes in traditional artisan breads, rustic pastries and a bread centric cafe menu and are looking to hire exceptional team members for the following positions:

Cashier:

Cashiers welcome every customer with a friendly greeting and a warm smile, and enjoy assisting customers in placing their orders and sharing their knowledge about the food we serve. Cashiers have a well-groomed appearance, enjoy engaging customers and can communicate professionally and courteously in all situations. Previous cashiering experience, preferably in a food service establishment, a strong plus.

Barista:

Baristas expertly prepare coffee, tea and espresso drinks per recipe, presentation and time standards while maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked work area. Baristas set-up and tear down the barista station, deliver orders to customers and assist in serving customers. Baristas must be focused, detail oriented, and approach every drink and every order with a sense of urgency.

Sandwich Line Cook:

Sandwich makers expertly prepare sandwiches per recipe, presentation and time standards while maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked work area. Sandwich makers set up and tear down the sandwich station including slicing bread and assist in other areas as needed. Sandwich makers must be focused, approach every sandwich with a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast paced work environment. Previous food prep or sandwich prep experience in a fast paced environment required.

Runner / Busser / Cafe Staff:

Runners provide great customer service with a smile, pull, package/plate and run orders in a very busy, fast paced environment, maintain a clean work environment and open and close the cafe. Runners must be focused, detail oriented, have an energetic team mentality with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Previous coffee shops, sandwich shops or fast casual experiences are a strong plus.

Qualifications:

Saturday AND Sunday availability is a must for all positions.

What we offer:

Full and Part Time Shifts Available. Shifts available between the hours of 6:00am and 7:00pm.
