Prep Cook

Primal Balance Nutrition is a meal delivery service based in San Marcos.

Prep Cook Duties:

1. Preparing large batches of meals with other team members.

2. Correctly counting the amount of meals that need to be prepped.

3. Ensuring correct portions of food end up in boxes.

4. Proper sanitization. and clean up in kitchen.

5. Preparing bags to be delivered to clients the following day.

Expectations:

1. Show up on time for the shift we do not tolerate tardiness.

2. Have a great work ethic and be a team player. We have an awesome group of great people already only on the hunt for a quality/positive human.

3. Must have a valid food handlers card.

4. Valid California drivers license.

5. Must have a minimum of 2 years of cooking experience and excellent knife skills.

6. Take direction well and be humble to feedback.

7. Must have a working cell phone and transportation to work.

Work Schedule:

Saturdays (6:30am-4pm)

Sundays (6:30am-4pm)
