U31 hiring bar backs & security

We’re a North Park staple looking to add a couple of people to our already awesome team. We’re a small staff with a lot of heart - we work hard and are drama free and are looking to add people who operate the same way.

Bar Backs:

experience preferred but we’re willing to hire the right person

The right person for this job:

ideally has bar or restaurant experience

is 21+

can work 8 hours on their feet in high volume/ stressful situations

can lift 75+ lbs as you will be changing kegs, getting ice, etc

can work Thursday afternoons, Friday & Saturday nights until 4 am

Security:

21+ You should have experience and a guard card. You should be professional, friendly and assertive. You must be able to work weekend nights bonus points for having flexibility throughout the week but not necessarily required.

The pay varies per position, both are an hourly rate plus tips

Security rate depends on experience
