Family Law Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Description A family-oriented firm in Escondido is seeking a family law paralegal on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a kind firm we have placed numerous people at over the years.This family law paralegal or legal assistant will do following things: fill out family law forms (FL 100, FL 185, etc.), complete the judgement checklist, do a RFO for custody visitation, handle income & expense reports, schedule asset of debts, put together notices, and more. Pay is contingent upon this experience. Litigation duties will be minimal.This paralegal will be billing out their time around 6 hours per day.
