We're seeking a Senior Web Designer for a contract position through the end of the year. This can be onsite or hybrid in San Diego or remote from within the U.S.

Direct W2 contract only, no third parties

As an expert in web optimization and leveraging AEM, Adobe Target, and ContentSquare, we look to you as the Web Designer to guide us in implementing best-in-class strategies: from improving our current implementation to maximize on all capabilities to encourage increase website engagement, conversion and user experience.

Note Optimizely or A/B testing experience is required.

Summary ObjectiveCreate a foundational web design optimization strategy and process by providing insightful and actionable analysis specifically leveraging ContentSquare, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.

Strategic Imperatives Provide ideas and suggestions and execute strategic conversations around conversion, content optimization, targeted marketing, A/B testing and web design. Play a key strategic role on a collaborative, data-driven team. This role will support ongoing website improvements to grow conversion rates and increase engagement with existing customers. Establish a process and cadence of uniting insights with optimization by performing web design updates to encourage conversion rate increase. Lead web design optimization initiatives improving performance in SEO rankings and conversion.

Required Attributes• Proficient first-hand knowledge working with ContentSquare, including segmentation, A/B testing, heatmapping, analytics and optimization.• Facilitate front-end content and code updates to the marketing website within Adobe Experience Manager• Proficient web design experience including HTML, CSS, and SCSS• Basic javascript knowledge• Experience interpreting data using Adobe Analytics• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams• Prototyping expertise (Figma preferred)• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop• Source and manipulate imagery to create web-formatted graphics & banners• Adobe Target knowledge a plus
