With revenues of $20 billion and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.Position Summary: As a Sr. Manufacturing Operator you will be responsible for: assisting the Lead Operators at certain times through the shift, with daily production demands, coordinating resources to meet deadlines, participating in continuous improvement activities, training other employees, coordinating teamwork flow and other tasks as assigned.Key Responsibilities: Perform manufacture Medical Device products in multiple work departments (Manufacture Area) in accordance with current good manufacturing practices Assist with coordination of teamwork load, deployment, and workflow on a daily basis Serve as Line Lead at times in absence of Lead Operator Serve as designate to make corrections and countersign on production documentation Actively train and mentor others to become proficient within Manufacturing Operations Coach others on procedures, teamwork and lead by example. Always exemplifies positive behavior Utilize Quality System and process documentation, converting raw material to finished goods in a GMP environment.
