Job Summary:We were born from the needs of high-growth, data-driven companies and we fuel financial planning andbusiness performance for our clients. The platform combines big data and machine learning to providepowerful predictive reporting capabilities, leveling the playing field and giving startups tools andinsights previously reserved for large enterprises.

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator/Manager, to support our growing team at our SanDiego headquarters. Seeking a friendly, reliable person that embodies great organization skills,a can-do attitude and can think on their feet. As the company continues to grow, this role willdevelop into a full-time position.

Responsibilities: Manage shipping and receiving of packages to the office and sending packages to ourremote employees, customers, and vendors. Ensuring the supplies and snacks for the office are stocked, in order and managedappropriately. Manage the ordering and distribution of our Swag. General cleanliness and upkeep of the office to maintain a welcoming and invitingworking environment. Act as the primary contact for building management and vendors for office maintenance. Greet and host visiting customers and employees to the office space. Manage and execute the daily lunch order for the office. Assisting with larger projects related to employee engagement and employee socialevents. Other general office duties.

Qualifications: Possesses a positive can do attitude related to problem solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills that are tuned towardcollaboration with employees and leaders. Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Slack is a plus. Have a reliable mode of transportation for running errands Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly. Attention to detail.

Education: High school and ideally some college or certificate program.

Experience with the following systems: Google Suite Microsoft Word + Excel Slack (preferred)

Reports to: People Team LeaderSchedule: Initially Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 1:30 pm with the potential to develop into a fulltime position.Location: San Diego, CA 92130
