Sanitizology is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead our team. This is a great ground floor opportunity to join a growing company in a vital emerging service industry!
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Sanitizology, while maintaining relationships with staff and with clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor and contribute to a growing business.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service and office operations
Work alongside business owner to optimize company operations, business strategies, and marketing initiatives
Manage CRM database
Grow or maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Provide excellent customer service while educating customers about the electrostatic cleaning process
Train and lead our team of spray technicians: Holding recurring meetings to discuss feedback and continuously improve processes
Maintain safety compliance standards
Perform ADHOC projects and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows

Skills and Competencies
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
You should have a solid computer background (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Work Environment:
Traditional office setting. Occasional travel to job sites, conventions, and client meetings.

Preferred Experience(s):
3+ years of managerial experience
3+ years of operational experience
Residential property management, real estate, and/or sales experience considered a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
