About this Position
SeeScan is currently seeking a Data Quality and Integrity Manager to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity of our ERP system.
Your Mission
In this position, your key role will be to ensure data integrity and quality in the company ERP system, but there is much more to it than that. Using your experience with resource planning systems and prudent leadership skills, you will also be the person who identifies and works to help implement process improvements in all departments that interact with the system planning tools. In addition to being a data expert, you are a person who can work with department heads across the organization and who understands the dynamics of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Identify operational process improvements with senior executives, and communicate changes to upper management
Liaise with the Business Information Systems group, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Accounting to ensure data reports are achieving goals in each department
Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and correct structure of data in various databases (most notably parts)
Facilitate in developing procedures and controls to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data transactions within the ERP system
Manage and track turn-around times for change controls
Provide guidance to functional departments to harmonize the correct process and structure in AX
Perform root cause analysis to identify and remediate issues
Qualifications
Experience using ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics AX
Demonstrates tact and capable of working both with senior executives and managers of functional departments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or assignments, including the ability to follow assignments through to completion and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, and able to guide others to meet organizational objections and drive change
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and identify issues through root cause analysis
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
Education
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred
