Construction Supt - Residential

Supervise construction of multiple starts of high end houses in single subdivision. Responsible for field supervision, vendor selection, scheduling. Work closely with construction coordinator on purchasing, options, etc. MUST HAVE PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE. You will be expected to take full ownership of this project. This is a multi-year position.
