JOB OVERVIEWAs the Marketing Operations Manager for Omni Capabilities, you will be critical to ensuring ways of working within the Omni Capabilities team are mapped out, streamlined and optimized.The Omni Capabilities team is an internal facing team responsible for seasonals, cross-category site opportunities and marketing innovations; creating tiered packages for key selling moments that may be customized for categories. This team also creates horizontal solutions for W+ and Social Responsibility for Suppliers. In order to develop this work successfully, we need to have clear ways of working mapped out with our cross functional teams spanning the client's marketing, Site, the client's Creative, Account Planning & Salesand the list goes on.You will work closely with the Director Omni Capabilities to map out process, ways of working and become an integral partner to ensure process and R&Rs are established within that group and across that full team. You will also partner with your Marketing Operations peers Client Solutions to map out clear R&Rs and ways of working between those two groups.This is not a project management role as you will not be managing any projects or campaigns, but a role focused on operations and way of working in the Omni Capabilities team.This role will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and will work closely to map and iterate on these processes.IDEAL CANDIDATE- Loves process and thinking through ways of working in an agile model- Has experience with complex timelines with multiple stakeholders- High EQ-read the room/zoom

- You have project-managed campaigns before, so you understand the milestones, but can see bigger picture here to see how timelines and processes intersectIdeally this candidate comes from Advertising Agencies working on complex marketing campaigns. Also, could come from an E-Commerce company or big Brand/Marketing organization in a company where complex marketing process had to be mapped out.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES• Driving collaboration and efficient ways of working on key workstreams within Omni Capabilities: Seasonals, W+ etc.• Establish R&Rs between the Omni Capabilities team & Client Solutions teams. Advocate and train teams on those clear R&Rs early and often.• Ensure process maps back to a holistic process and way of working• Gather learnings from pilots and iterate on process. Work in an agile model.• Create a clear DACIN model for teams to drive clarity on R&Rs• Own the overall planning timeline and ensure the client's is kicking off key milestones in time.• Work closely with the client's Project Manager and Operations team to ensure the client's timelines are integrated into a holistic schedule.• Ensure teams are using new project management tool to its potential.

QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience in project management, operations and process mapping within a marketing org.• Has experience in change management• Knowledge of creative marketing campaign process and has worked with creative teams or agencies in the past• Extremely detail oriented and organized in thought and execution• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations• Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations• High EQ
