MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be located in California
• A minimum of 3 years of applied working experience
• Candidates will need to have an understanding/basic knowledge of middleware stack so they are able to troubleshoot and identify issues/incidents in production
• Experience 1- 3 years in each of the following:
• Collaborating with client, managers to identify production issues (strong customer facing skills)
• Driving resolution to full solution and believe that it’s not done till it’s done (strong self-driven work ethic vs. task oriented)
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing application efficiently and effectively (strong critical thinking and time management)
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve team response and performance (strong organization and assessment skills)
• Detail oriented, observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects (strong written and verbal technical documentation skills)
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team (self-driven vs. task oriented)
• Proficiency with SDLC, Java, SQL, web and batch application development and maintenance, security and open source technologies
• Knowing Microsoft Excel macros, Python, and Tableau is plus
