Retail Sales Associate and Retail Operations Specialist WANTED

We are seeking part-time and full-time employees for the following positions:

Position 1: Retail Sales Associate – This position is responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers in an often fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, be friendly, energetic and a team player. A high school diploma is required and college experience is helpful. Prior retail experience is preferable. Must be proficient with IT systems and have flexible availability, including working weekends and evenings.

Position 2: Retail Operations Specialist – This position will oversee the development and implementation of processes and procedures affecting retail operations, efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have retail store operations experience, proven project management abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency using a variety of software and computer systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Business (or related field) is preferred, but may be substituted for relevant retail work experience.
