Customer Service Associate - Retail

Webuild is seeking an energetic Retail Customer Service Associate to work within a retail environment assisting customers with woodworking, tool and hardware purchases at the Roseville / Rocklin location.

The ideal individual would have previous experience working as a retail customer service associate at a hardware, lumber or big box store and/or have experience as a apprentice/journeyman woodworker / carpenter. Must have the capabilities to provide excellent customer assistance, helping customers with selecting products, lumber, finishing supplies, identifying power tool use and educating them on proper woodworking techniques within a team environment.

The Retail Customer Service Associate will be required to work in the retail store on a daily basis parti-time; performing sales, operating cash registers, answering phones, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, cleaning store facilities and educating consumers through demonstrations of tools and/or project classes.

Requires a high school diploma, energetic attitude and a passion for woodworking/carpentry. Position pays $13.00/hr., plus generous employee discounts. Must be able to work weekends, including Sundays.
